Client Success Manager

Location: Irvine, CA (remote work available)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, establishing strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and implementation of our logistics SaaS platform.
• Track multiple projects across multiple clients, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and effectively communicate with the project team and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate necessary resources and ensure project success.
• Communicate project status to team members, clients, and internal leadership.
• Provide leadership and coordination to team members involved in IT services and projects.
• Generate and monitor data-driven project metrics, ensuring cost, resource, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and collaborate with leadership on strategic approaches.
• Draft estimates and client contracts (statement of work, change orders, etc.) in collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience within the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, or transportation processes.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to optimize supply chain operations and improve customer service.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with clients, end-users, and IT professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively with diverse teams, and maintain documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sense of accountability and follow-through.
